INSPECTION AND TESTING
From this survey (and your subsequent acceptance of our quotation, terms and conditions with an order number), R.H.Morgan Electrical Services Ltd. will carry out the necessary Electrical Inspection and subsequently provide detailed drawings of the network, containing transformer details, busbar sections, cable sizes, control panels, distribution boards, starters and motors and other items which may be relevant, including fuse ratings and sizes.

This will be presented as a series of A1 or A3 encapsulated drawings and on CD-ROM, using an AutoCAD format.

CO-ORDINATED LABELLING
Items identified on the drawings will be labelled accordingly on each piece of plant, for easy identification.

REPORTS
On completion, a report on the current condition of the network and plant will be issued.  It will contain "Duty Holder" information, test methods employed, along with characteristics of supply and a visual inspection checklist.

This report will be issued periodically, depending on the terms agreed and written into the order.

All reports can be issued both in ring binder and CD-ROM format.
